Annual Golf Tournament

Each year, the Association of Manitoba Land Surveyors hosts a golf tournament for members and guests. The tournament was initiated to raise funds to assist students in the Geomatics Program at Red River College. An Endowment Fund in memory of Bryan Dreger was set up by the Association of Manitoba Land Surveyors at Red River College. Initially, an award of $1000 was given to a deserving student each year. The Endowment Fund has grown annually and now supports 4 annual scholarships.

The 2026 tournament will take place on September 9th at St Boniface Golf Course.

Currently, the Bryan Dreger Endowment Fund supports:

  • Two scholarships, valued at $1,500.00 each, made available annually to students entering the third year of the Geomatics Technology Program at Red River College
  • Two scholarships, valued at $750.00 each, made annually to students entering the second year of the Geomatics Technology Program at Red River College
